Automatically generate or reply to emails

Looking for a way to make a standard reply to enquiries received by email using outlook 2007. Do not want to use signature as the answer, but just press reply then maybe a couple of keys and send

Must be possible somehow, O for paper manuals

Save it as a draft?

Then at the end of the day you could populate the BC field with all of the email address you want to send to.

why not use auto reply via your hosting and press no keys?

I've often thought about using something like autohotkey for this. http://www.autohotkey.com/

You should be able to just program up a key (or a few letters) to insert the text you want. See http://lifehacker.com/software/keybo...key-159785.php for an example.

My Function Keys

I use My Function Keys (free version, has enough function keys for my purposes - have to pay if want all function keys). I use this for lots of things, though mainly to add a paragraph to the standard email confirmations in Actinic, with a different key for each carrier, which I then personalise with their tracking number, etc, or for frequently used paragraphs in Outlook emails. I am sure there is other downloaded software like this too - I have no vested interest in trying to sell this product!
