We use interlink express, been very good so far, the only possible moan we have had is that sometimes the driver can't collect till after 5pm--but we are "out in the sticks" as it were, so I can understand this.
No problems with missed deliveries, or lost parcels at all so far. (On their side) Failed deliveries have been due to customers not being home which is unavoidable.
Good service good prices. Recommended.

We used Interlink but had problems with missing parcels, problem seems to be it's a franchise operation, some area's are good, some not so good, when they lost parcels nobody seemed to care just claim on us rather than find the missing parcel

We had serious problems with City Link at one point with missed deliveries, missed collections, & lost parcels, also a couple of very badly damaged microwave ovens which cost us money. I would never recommend them.
