Small company logging in time software / machine

Looking for simple time logging software so that employees can log in and out each day and we have their work times available

At present under 10 staff

Does each individual log into a network machine and then log off again? If so you could possible write something within the logon/logoff policy management on the server to record the logon and logoff times for each user.

Thanks Fergus but may cause trouble with time arriving and logging in and lunch breaks etc, guess really need a stand alone system

Implant a bio-chip into each employee with a reader that scans their movements in and out of the office? Too far fetched possibly?

It looks basically either a traditional clock in card system or slightly more expensive biometric finger system. (I guess they would like to give me the finger) but not sure how much trouble that technology is

Hi,

For between £300 and £500 you can get either a card reader that links into your computer or you can record times from when staff log in at their computers via the web. The system will then calculate the times worked for you and let you see reports.
