Cookies not working in chrome or IE8

Hi

Wondering if anyone could help me on this.

yesterday I found out that cookies on chrome and IE8 was not working but they work on FF.

I have check the setting in chrome and they all look fine. Then I turn of windows firewall and microsoft security essentials, still don't work

Is there anything else I could check.

All Sorted now.

I uninstall microsoft security essentials and installed AVG Free now it working fine.
