Network Routing issue (BT networks) 06/12/11

We have reports of customers having problems accessing Actinic Payments and other Actinic Services, our investigation leads us and our various data center partners to suspect a routing or DNS issue with BT networks. At this time we are waiting on some further information from BT As soon as we have a further update, they will be posted here.

All our sites on Host-It networks were down for a while too - Host-It confirmed it was a BT routing issue - this is now fixed for our sites as at 13:00 6/12/2011

of course, smartstamp is broken again, so its not great fun in the post room today!

Anybody else still having problems with BT ?

We are on BT Infinity and its been completely rubbish since yesterday but BT don't seem to want to admit to a problem.

yes, i'm aware of that! nowt to do with BT. but annoying non the less. My local PO is closed weds afternoons, so todays post run will be miles away.... thanks RM, you are the best!

You sound like you have some other issues going on.

My Standard BT broadband here is fine (15Mbps / Mbps on speedtest) after yesterdays dns glitch and RM smartstamp was fine yesterday PM and just now (after the 3 days out last week)

My BT infinity (ha, great name choice...) is fine after yesterdays DNS issues with some sites.
Smartstamp looks active again now..... was unable to print or access my account yesterday, but no problems last week!
