Sadly the attack on Host006 is still ongoing, if you are still suffering downtime because of this please contact support (0845 1294848) who can talk you through the process of getting your store up and running.

I'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused, its important to remember this has been a criminal attack and we are in discussions with the police who are aiding us with our investigations.

Update2

Please be aware the DDoS attack on Host006 has now subsided. All hosting accounts are reporting as being online.

We will continue to monitor traffic and if anything of significance changes will update the community and server status page.

Once again apologies for any disruption this may have caused.
