integration module delivery

Hello,

I'm french so, in advance, sorry for the lack^^

Here's my problem :
I have to integrate a delivery method on my website to send packages to France. This module should enable the parcel in the relay points in France.
Relay points are commerce which receive your package, and you can get it from there (in France, there are some firm : Kiala, mondial Relai...)
