I have two computers on the same network (SBS2003) I would like to use my computer to remotly access the accounts computer

Accounts computer on XP Pro My computer on Windows 7 pro

Can someone idiot guide me how to do the remote desktop connection

Simple, easy to use and fast.

Thanks but looking a microsoft inbuilt remote connection as already on the network

You could use VNC (Server on accounts machine and Viewer on other) and simply connect to it using network name or IP.
