What an idiot.
(That's me by the way).
I made a simple change on Friday to get rid of the global 'free delivery over x' as I didn't like the description and changed the paid for value from up to £10.00 to £9.99 to make sure it became free if the order was £10.00. Thought no more about it.
I couldn't for the life of me understand why no orders were coming in all weeked. I even checked that the cart was working OK and I could move to the checkout.
Then I had a customer call me this morning to say that he was having a problem placing an order. The site kept saying something about the shipping table being exceeded and not being allowed. Aaaargghh!
Four days of lost orders. That was an expensive mistake.
I really should know better than to try and make a quick change without testing it.
