Is it just me?

Having loads of trouble with RM account login these last few months, not loading CSS properly on occasion. Then tonight, went on as a public user to redirect a failed delivery.

First, the simple page requires 'Select title' from a drop-down, doesn't work, won't proceed without the required field. Found another page where you can type in 'Title'.

This page requires 'Select reason for non-delivery' - doesn't flaming work. So that's a twelve mile round trip to the depot then.

I frequently have problems with the Royal Mail website, and have found it best not to use IE as the browser.
