HI Jan,

How about a printable report that can be set to a selected time period of best sellers or the opposite worst sellers.

Maybe even a bit further and a report which will show poructs say over the past 6 months that have sold a settable qty eg 2 or less.

Sorry if this is already possible it was just a quick thought.

Yes, we could do that, you can get the best selling products from the sales analysis report but not the worse.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo to me it's just a tool like a till need it but not really interested in how or why it does things, I will leave it all to the developers and then grumble in the background like normal

My view on the conference is rather diferent to Chris'. It's more a way to find out how other people are using Actinic's capabilities to drive their business forward. Also a good chance to offer a few gentle nudges to Actinic about which direction they should be looking at.

Note 2 to Actinic: If you haven't already sussed it yet. Multichannel is VERY important to us all. We have to be where the customers are shopping and right now they're all doing a lot of shopping on ebay and amazon.

Half term in my neck of the woods is 29 Oct to 2 Nov this year. Is it different for you?

Yes. My son's school now has two weeks of half term in Autumn. I did just check though to make sure.

Half term holidays are generally a pain as orders numbers go down noticeably.

Bank Holidays are also a pain as we have to pay staff to have a holiday.

Holidays in general are a pain. Orders go down but we can't take one as somebody has to be manning the business. Just jealous really.

Term times are also a pain, as there aren't enough orders then either. Was hoping it would pick up with the kids being back at school. Hence the time to post this moan.

Yes. Just finishing off a few other things and then will be looking into the details.

Potentially looking at the product mash to get the amazon feed and still unsure of the best way to process the orders.

Sorry for taking the thread off track. I quite like the idea of the worst sellers report.
