merging websites

We have 2 websites, one of which we wish to downgrade to a link to our main site. We need to transfer product details to the main site. Is there any way we can do this other than by manually rewriting every individual section. The source site is in V7 going to V10, shortly to be upped to V11.

You can export the products from one site and then import them to the other, copy the images etc over to the new site to make sure that they are available in the site directory or the import may fail.
