Automatic Repeat Orders/Order Reminders

Can anyone advice me if there is a way to have SellerDeck, no doubt using an add-in, set up a reminder email to be sent say 3 months after purchase of a particular product.

Selling a range of products that generate repeat business and we want to be able to send a reminder at a specified time, based on the product bought, to re-order.

Any ideas or solutions welcome.

The simplest and best way to do this is to use an email marketing platform to do this.

You could create a mailing export from SellerDeck, based on date and product purchased, which could easily be imported into an email marketing platform which could be configured to automatically send out an email 3 months, 6 months or every week if required.

We do this an awful lot for clients and it's proven to be very successful in the right sector.

We had discussed using email marketing solution but is was not quite as simple, or maybe it is....

Every order may have 1 or more unique follow ups so it will not be easy to configure a system for that really.

Apart form the date it goes out on the message needs to be product specific as well - probably with a link to the actual product to make re-order really quick and easy.

But I will think it through again and look at the export file and a email marketing solution together.
