General Q. Footers not printing in Word 2000

OK, I hope this is an appropriate forum to post this in! Not sure where else to ask!
I have a 2 page Word doc which I've done for Chariots On Hire.
For some reason, it's not printing the footer and I don't know why.
Can anybody come up with any suggestions?
I can send it to anyone (via email) if it'd help to figure it out (tried attaching it but cannot attach .doc files!)

sometimes you wont print the footers if the are outside the print area, this is common on a lot of ink jet printers, they cant print on the last 10-15mm of each page.

if you wish to post the file here you will need to change it to a .txt document and anyone wishing to ready it can change it back

Bit of jiggery pokery with the margins and it's printing fine now!
