PC recommendations

Looking to get a new PC, any recommendations for firstly reliability, I do not need super fast performance as its just for SD, email etc.

I tend to buy dell inspirons. They're reasonably speced at a good price and have been reliable for me.

Something like the Inspiron 3020 with a 13th gen Intel I5-13400 with 16Gb Ram, 512 GB SSD and 1TB HD is around £525 plus VAT and should be more than enough.
