1&1 email recent connection problems

We have been using 1and1 email for years. Just recently (last month or two) we are experienced terrible network problems - either can't connect or application drops us out (siting network problems) after a short period of time. I have reported to 1and1 but they claim all is OK at their end. Anyone else experiencing problems with1&1 email?
(this is a direct problem with1&1 - I am not looking for advice on how to set up within Actinic)

No problems with 1and1 email here. (I'm Assuming we're talking about with Outlook and Actinic rather than webmail).

I have seen email connection problems a couple of times over the last few weeks but only for a short durations, maybe a an hour or so at a time. I see the problem both connecting via POP as well as logging on to webmail.

Not the norm though, usually it's very fast and without issue.

Thanks guys. This is using webmail (not outlook or through Actinic - Actinic emails seems fine).
I am guessing it is something to do with the webmail interface. Problem is frequent.

I used to use Outlook (or rather Outlook express), but found it too limiting, as email storage was tied to one computer, whereas with webmail, I can view all my historic email from any log in PC
