- Ongoing sale clearing stock on website throughout the year using marketing and featured product add on provisions,
- Maintaining stock control to zero and dis-enabling "can be ordered online" for products that are no longer available,
- Marketing | Google Product Search Data Feed Configuration - enable "Exclude Products that Cannot be Purchased Online",
- Marketing | Google Tags - dis-enable "Enable Google Analytics", "Enable Tag Manager" and "Enable Google Ads Tracking",
- Google Merchant Centre - set Google Ads Campaign from "Enable" to " Remove" and cancel Google AdWords account,
- Google Analytics Admin - move Analytics Account(s) to Trash,
- Google Search Console | Removals - submit URL(s) to urgently remove content from Google Search and consider requirements for removal of site "Verification Token",
- Business Settings | Suspend Orders
Design Text | Miscellaneous - amend "Catalog Suspended Message" Current Value to advise online shop now closed or similar, - Home Page Carousel | Marketing - dis-enable "Enable",
- Marketing - dis-enable respective listings applicable,
- Online Catalogue | Sections / Sub-Sections:
Enable "Hide on Web Site"
Dis-enable "Include in Site Map"
Enable "Exclude from Google Product Search Data Feed"
Brochure Page "404 Not Found" Fragment - amend text to notify business closed catalogued products no longer available, - Home Page - re-configure "Welcome Page" fragment to advise customers of site closure with thanks for support and update Design Layout | Page Areas:
Smart Header Area - comment out "Smart Info Pages" and "Quick Search Bar"
Deep Footer - comment out "Customer Services", "Web Site Information" links as applicable and "How to Get in Touch" links / text
Regular Left Sidebar - comment out sidebar groups as applicable, - Smart FTP Client - check domain host site URL | acatalog - consult domain host concerning deletion of site content and finalise domain de-registration,
- Notify Third Party Payment Service provider(s) to cancel inactive merchant account(s),
- Notify Third Party PCI Compliance Service provider to cancel PCI validation service account
