    Closing a Sellerdeck Shop Site

In the process of closing our SSL domain contract early December and terminate ordering online effective from end of November.

I have listed ongoing and further actions I think necessary below:
    1. Ongoing sale clearing stock on website throughout the year using marketing and featured product add on provisions,
    2. Maintaining stock control to zero and dis-enabling "can be ordered online" for products that are no longer available,
    3. Marketing | Google Product Search Data Feed Configuration - enable "Exclude Products that Cannot be Purchased Online",
    4. Marketing | Google Tags - dis-enable "Enable Google Analytics", "Enable Tag Manager" and "Enable Google Ads Tracking",
    5. Google Merchant Centre - set Google Ads Campaign from "Enable" to " Pause" and consult Google to terminate,
    6. Google Analytics - consult Google to terminate Analytics account,
    7. Google Search Console | Removals - submit URL(s) to urgently remove content from Google Search and consider requirements for removal of site "Verification Token",
    8. Business Settings | Suspend Orders,
    9. Home Page Carousel | Marketing - dis-enable "Enable",
    10. Marketing - dis-enable respective listings applicable,
    11. Online Catalogue | Sections / Sub-Sections:
      Enable "Hide on Web Site"
      Dis-enable "Include in Site Map"
Enable "Exclude from Google Product Search Data Feed"
    12. Home Page - re-configure "Welcome Page" fragment to advise customers of site closure with thanks for support,
    13. Smart FTP Client - check domain host site URL | acatalog - consult domain host concerning deletion of site content and finalise domain de-registration
I will of course being taking identifiable backups throughout each stage before uploading just in case I need to revert back.

Any further advice on actions that may need to be considered would be much appreciated.

    Thank you
    Martin

Would it be okay to export an email list from Sellerdeck and do a 1 time email to everyone... ? (eg. GDPR/consent etc)

Yes, I'm sure it would have but I did not consider such a direct approach.
Fortunately we have been able to considerably reduce our stock down from a 90 day to a 30 day stock turnover over the last 6 to 9 months with ongoing sales and promotions and have not committed to get further stock supplies of high turnover parts for 30+ days.
      Thank you for the suggestion.
