You have to contact RM and have RMDO set up by their IT people with the services that you might use, etc - it is by arrangement only, according to my experience. If wanting to use Tracked, this also has to be arranged, with their quoting for your particular profile, and a contract drawn up.

Are the prices for RMDO much cheaper than franking prices? Or are they evened out across the board?

For us, half of our orders go by large letter rate which is 60p second class or 74p first using Mailmark™. Small parcel rates are the same as normal franked mail i.e £2.50 second, £2.90 first.

Coupled with the ability not to double enter information generated by Sellerdeck, I can't see us ever moving to an online system.
