I can't access any of the sites that I have hosted by Sellerdeck at the moment, is anyone else experiencing problems?

Hi Jan,

We had a short 9 minute outage between 26/08/2013 11:53:00 and 26/08/2013 12:02:00. The cause was a brief high load state which caused technical issues.

Thanks Paul, I didn't receive any emails about the outage when it happened, do you generally tell people when this sort of thing happens?

Hi Jan,

We tend to send a mailshot to those customers affected, when a server has been down for a reasonable period of time, or if we know the server will remain down for a period of time until it is fixed.

This was a very short outage, so no mailshot was sent on this occasion.
