Blanket redirect 'acatalog' to 'store'

I know about 'searching' first, but I'm hoping for an answer simpler than those found!

We are totally re-writing our website in V10 from scratch after many years in V9. Some section and product urls are changing and I can cope with these with a 404 Error page.

But the entire site is changing from "/acatalog/" to "/store/" - is there a simple way (.htaccess) to make this blanket change for those urls that are not otherwise changing?

What should I put in .htaccess, I've never had one before so don't no where to start......

This .htaccess code here should work. You can also specify redirect lines if you are changing page URLs.
