DSR Regs have the update starting today returns acceptable up to 14 days not 7 days plus a few other minor changes

Yes. A customer now has 14 calendar days from the working day after receiving their order to tell you they don't want it.
It used to be seven working days.
And you have to issue a refund with 14 days or receiving the returned item(s).
