Google Remarketing Tag

I am looking to get a quote to add the Google Remarketing tag to our website. If you have a developer suggestion or are one, can you email me what it would cost to add this on our pages? I only have business client (V10.0.04) so this would be an ongoing need - so is there a way to add the google 'code' each time I add a new product? Rather than having to go back out an have someone add it to our page(s).
