We've finally had a customer who despite repeated requests failed to pay us, so we used MoneyClaim online to obtain a judgement against him. The first one in 11 years, not a bad record. However we now need to enforce this judgement. The claim was transferred from MoneyClaim to a county court so I can't use their service- does anyone have any recommendations for reputable companies I can use to recover the debt? Looks like a minefield out there....
