is anyone having problems with the web today, out website has gone done, and so it appears has the main hosting company, has anyone else got problems

apparantly it was a power out and the backup did not kick in.

I had to ask a couple of times to get a response, never got called back when i left a message.

I will not mention any names as they are always on here helping out.

just like to say, when you read this, remember some of us like to be kept informed and feel it has been dismissed as trivial. Someone somewhere nows when it went down and how long it had been out. I recieved no orders yesterday, probabably around £1500.00 and most of my orders are placed at night or in the morning.

There are (or used to be) a whole bunch of services that check the response times from your web site and email you when there's a problem.

They used to be free, but I couldn't say if that model still works these days.

I know it doesn't help much in this case, but might do in the future.
