[Wishlist] Always show site selector on start-up

Hi,

As a developer who uses Actinic and as such can often be working on several clients sites during the same period, I would like to see the option to always show the site selector on start-up. I've had a couple of instances where I've changed a detail on the wrong site - fortunately so far I've noticed before doing any terminal damage - and this feature would, I believe, stop this.
