Could each buyer within an account have their own selectable price schedule and approved payment method?

This would allow you to have one account for say a franchisee whom has several licensed operators in their allocated territory, to provide online purchasing without the added admin hassles for everyone involved.

You could then decide whom pays what and by which method, whilst keeping all transactions through one upper level account for tracking of orders via that franchisee.

This could apply to many businesses with more than one location.

The only way you could do this at the moment is to have a separate customer account for each buyer - with its own payment details and price schedule.

It looks like you can have the same 'External Reference' for two accounts which would mean that the two orders should be posted against the same account in QuickBooks.

Utilising the EXTERNALREFERENCE tag does indeed permit and does not seem to conflict with the "Link" software in Sage.

Good work around for now, although a little extra work involved at account inception...
