V11 - Default Weight Over-rides Smaller Actual Product Weights

V1101. The default shipping mass as defined in Business Settings > Shipping & Handling seems to over-ride smaller values set at products.

I tested this quickly in v1101 and it works fine for me in a default site. Could you please confirm if you have 'Exclude from Shipping Band Calculation' ticked for the said product?
