Barcodes don't display after uninstalling an earlier version

If you upgrade to a new version of Actinic and then uninstall the old version, the barcode font is uninstalled which means that barcodes are not displayed on reports in the upgraded version.

Actinic support can't reproduce this problem, so it was probably something to do with the local configuration for the site in question.
