Snapshot crashes

Hi

When V11 is set for auto-download of orders etc and if an order comes in while taking a snapshot the desktop application crashes each time creating a dmp file. While taking a snapshot an automatic suspend on auto-download/upload would sort it.

I have tried replicating this my end, however I do not get a crash following your steps above.
If not already done so. could you raise a query with support supplying the dump files as well so this can be investigated further?
