Problems with tax summary report

In 2013, if you select the tax summary report from the sales tab on the report selection dialog, then remove both dates and click on preview nothing happens, in older versions of Sellerdeck / Actinic, if you do the same, SQL errors are reported relating to the population of the temporary table that is created for use by this report.

Thank you for pointing this out. I can replicate this as well my end. Have raised an issue for fixing in a future release.
