BUG: SD 2013 - Progress Bar

The progress bar that is displayed when preparing a 'Preview Store' is only scaled from 1 to 100 - The Max Value should be the number of pages going to be created/updated...

We also note that many pages are missing from the Site Preview.

Progress bar says processing 4,000 pages but jumps from around 1,100 to 4,000

After Previewing site enough times we eventually get all pages. BUT, make a site-wide change and it won't be reflected on all pages...
