Paypal Bug V18.2.2

Not sure if this is a bug, or just an issue with my setup.

Upon order adjustment that has been paid by Paypal, if we edit the order it will no longer allow us to select Paypal as the payment. It will only allow us to use Sellerdeck as the payment option despite the customer paying by Paypal.

Example

Customer purchases a ring and pays by paypal.
They then phone us to advise they ordered a 5mm ring instead of 4mm
We amend order
We can no longer have paypal as the payment option, reverting to Sellerdeck Pay.
We then have to cross out Sellerdeck and write Paypal in its place on the invoice.

I am presuming this is because the Paypal option for Desktop is greyed out which is not allowing us to edit.

We do also have people send us additional payments by Paypal after the order, such as a delivery upgrade etc. Again we can not log it as Paypal when we should be able to.

I did a test...
adding an adjustment:
Payment Method = stayed the same as Paypal

adding an item
Payment Method = changes during the process... for us it changed to "Bank Transfer"

However, when you go back to the Payments Tab
we can change the method from "Bank Transfer" back to "Paypal" and charge.

I remember now... It's a bug.

We have only just started using Paypal after this upgrade so have only just discovered it.
