V12.0.2 crashes when "Please select" radio item clicked in Design View

Scenario:

Create SD 2013 Demo site.

Go to the Solitaire Diamond Ring product.

Expand the Option component and select the Material attribute.

In Attribute Details / Layout / Attribute Layout, select Standard Radio Button Attribute.

Now select the Design tab and try clicking the "Please select" radio button or its text. SD crashes.

Can replicate. Also using Permutation Drop Down List and Standard Drop Down Attribute click attribute crashes with dmp file. Also crashing when clicking other elements.

Had 10 or 20 crashes when clicking titles and text areas in the design view.
