Not so much a bug as a pain in the proverbial!
Please can somebody at Actinic move the "Actinic Stylesheet" to the second place on the dropdown list.
( Design Tab | Select Page Type | Actinic Stylesheet )
It is arguably one of the most important files in the system and it is buried 2/3 the way down!

Also, why is it necessary to show a text version of this file in the page preview window?
It's completely useless.
Let's have a copy of the "Content Page" updated with an "Apply Now".

Thinking about it, something as fundamentally wrong as this IS a bug...

Or even give CSS it's own tab.

Another useful tab would be one for scripts in the library, so that the fantastic compare with factory could also be used with them!

Also have an option to disable Actinic CSS themes, they are a pain with custom templates!
