    upgrades and protx secret key

When you upgrade a site, it always overwrites the protx secret key.

One for me is to stop this happening or at least put us in control?

or just be able to edit the files in actinic, much like all the other parts and when you finish and upload it updates the files without having to edit 2 different files in notepad or something similar which does not always work in the way recommended

I'm sure there must be a better way to do the Prox key - I've referred this thread to the development team.

yeh..I had a dance with this going from 7.0.5 to 7.0.7 on Jesters last week.
Trouble is, I didn't think to look and we lost orders when it became apparent that the Protx details had reverted back to testvendor

Then I had to play chicken with it doing the "don't update the scripty thingie until you've restarted Actinic or it resets itself again" lark!

                            It definitely needs "fixing"

                            (welcome back, btw, Chris )
