OCCUpgrade - stop it overwriting individual templates

Darren B just posted this in a general thread, and I thought I'd move over here to add my second.

Let's have the OCCUpgrade ini functionality changed, so that when you make changes in one site only in a Multi-Site environment it does NOT revert all your other sites back to the original OCCXXXXTemplates.

Make it the same as all other areas of Actinic, change a layout in the current site - Actinic evaluates and builds on upload of that site - why not have it evaluate, build and upload changed script file templates in the same way.

If you cock up a script file - go to the originals folder, copy in a bog standard and make your setup (and changes) again.

I thought I'd take a stroll to the polling station and add my vote. It's always annoyed me that there's a 'central' Protx file that can only contain one client's details, and that it defaults to 'testvendor' with the slightest puff of wind. Protx is definitely the most cack-handed setup of the whole lot.
