    Digital Download on Autoship .....

    Hi Actinic,

    Here's a beauty.....

When I get a PSP Failure for AVS rejection, (i.e. only Post Code matches the CC address, (quite common)). I have to go back into the order and by order line access the relevant files and then manually resend the products.

Wouldn't it be great if I could simply hit a button called RE-SHIP and an e-mail with the original content and DD file links get resent and the expiry time limit gets reset?

(Also, I am finding Actinic is stating Shipped when this happens when it clearly hasn't???)

Would save me mopping up orders end of play and lots of potential errors.

    Thanks, Simon.

I think there is an email layout called 'Resend Digital Download URLs' when you create an email for an order that has digital download items. That should make life a bit easier for you. Although, you're right in that it does not reset the expiry time.

Also, the 'Shipped' status is probably due to the 'Auto Ship Digital Download' setting in 'Business Settings | Ordering'.

      Any thoughts on this one.

Still manual processes are tiresome and error prone and this AVS failure is a right pain in the preverbial.

I have resorted to asking customers to confirm that "Line 1" and "The Post Code" are as they are held by their payment provider.

Even when they confirm "YES", i still get AVS failures.

      Thanks, Simon.
