One Central Orders Window in Multi-User

To have orders from multiple sites feed in to one window - either distinguish between sites with a drop-down of site names to jump to orders for each site, or simply a column within the order screen stating where the order originated.

It would save a lot of time rather than having to activate each independent site to download and review orders.
