Separate order and invoice numbers

I'd like to see separate order and invoice numbers whereby the order number is generated online when the order is placed and then a sequential invoice number is generated when the order is processed and the invoice created.

It annoys me to see non sequential sequences where people have clicked submit several times, or re-ordered because they haven't read something on the receipt page or PSP pending never paid.

Additionally, if the invoice number was a sensible format, Actinic could make the order number even longer if they wanted
