Have been doing that BUT then theres no way of checking (other than individal checking, or keeping a list on one of them wee yellow stickit things) what products are deselected at a later date.Originally posted by jontYou can always deselect the marketing options against the rogue products and generate the list again.
I did try to get round it, honest guv.

Go the other way and lock the blighters into the list.. that will save resetting the product options later (and save a fortune on yellow sticky paper).
You can also set the marketing list not to be generated at uploads.
If there was an automated reset where would it reset back to, for how long and what happens the next time it is generated. (other than sending an ACD to Actinic support to recover your database)

The most I have managed to stick onto Blonde Birds back without her knowing is five.Originally posted by jontGo the other way and lock the blighters into the list.. that will save resetting the product options later (and save a fortune on yellow sticky paper).
Well aware of that fella. Great addition to the software, this'd just be another nice tweak. (imho of course)Originally posted by jontYou can also set the marketing list not to be generated at uploads.
Just the last one. A bit like undoing a change elsewhere in the software really.Originally posted by jontIf there was an automated reset where would it reset back to, for how long and what happens the next time it is generated.

They are saved, the way to do what George wants would be to add a save as feature to the marketing lists which would allow you to name and save the current list, along with a restore feature to reload them.I don't think the marketting lists are actually saved anywhere, they are generated from sales data using the options chosen - therefore an undo is impossible as there is nothing saved to undo?
I think it would be a good idea.
