Design - Text - Search - String, Enter

Every time I use the search facility in Design - Text I forget and press Enter to begin the search which of course closes the window. Very frustrating.

Please can I suggest that after typing the search string that the focus is automtically on the search button so pressing Enter will initiate the search instead of closing the window.

okay, i admit another one of those things i have sort of got used to and curse regulary

Yeah drives me nuts too. I've flagged this up to the team.

...or how about a generally better search with regex?

for example, find everything that has a link in it.

everything with a H1.

everything that has font tags. etc.
