Administrator User to be split into Business Administrator And Design Administrator

Hi

It would be really useful if the Administrator User in Multi-User could be split into Business Administrator And Design Administrator.

Also it would be really useful if more than one administrator could be logged on at once (realise that there are locking issues on the database but it could be done with a check in/out system - similar to Dreamweaver.)
