add a note to the layouts within the design layouts tree

let me explain more.
I'm busy working down the design library checking layouts etc.
I've highlighted customised layouts with the ( * ) but I'd love a marker (note maker) or something that I can add to each of the layouts showing in the tree to say
"I've considered that one"
"need to think long and hard about that one"
"need to ask questions on the forum about that one"

and so on.
I don't want to do it within the layout itself, I would have to open up each layout to read the comment,
I'm thinking more along the lines of the (*) that shows up at the end of the names showing within the design layout tree

perhaps a right click on the layoutname to add a note, (give me some fields I can play about with) and then have a marker that shows that this layout has a note attached


at the moment, I put a comment at the bottom of the layout with a
<note to myself>
</note to myself>
by putting it at the bottom, It doesn't interfere with the "compare to factory layout" but of course, by simply adding the note, I've actually changed the layout
