Having spend a frustrating day or so trying to work out why a particular hosting acct kept throwing an error
True our servers do not support authentication, but you would only expect to get this if username/password is filled in in network settings, which in this case were not.
I now find the fault was the format of the address specified in business settings - there were 2 dots.
Is it possible for there to be some simple verification on the email address please
