The Moto form, whilst a nice addition is sadly lacking in one important respect. The product search.
1/ You cannot search on multiple keywords unless they appear in the store in the sequence you enter them
2/ You cannot search custom variables e.g. if you have entered the manufacturer's reference for a product yourself
3/ You cannot search duplicates. I don't know about other users, but I use duplicates to place a product in a section with only the information pertinent to that section. Say, if a product X can be used to repair products A, B and C and A B and C are in different sections, I make no reference to B or C in the section containing product A and so on.
I find the most effective way to find a product offline is to use the content tree. Therefore I believe this should be accessible from the MOTO form.
Furthermore...
Actinic software seems to have a very disjointed approach to new features. As features are added they are never properly integrated with the existing. The MOTO form is much easier to use than offline order adjustments (adding products manually after the online order) a more rational approach would be to have the option of transferring an order to the MOTO form to make changes.
<!-- Begin Spouting Bollocks -->
Then we come to pricing. There is the option to look-up an account customer's details on the MOTO form. However, there is no access to price schedules from the MOTO form, so you have to go to the content pane, find the product, lookup the prices and over-ride manually. If that is not a prime example of a disjointed add-on, I don't know what is!
