'Exclude from VAT Exemption' option, please?

It would be nice if, at product level, we could set certain products to be excluded from VAT exemption at checkout.

Sites selling disability products to disabled individuals could really use this option so they can exclude certain products, which may not be eligible for VAT exemption, from this global change at checkout.
