Move a section `up one` button

Scenario: You have a section with ten subsections. You want to swap round the subsections in the fourth and sixth positions.

At the moment you have to so a strange drag and drop sequence to the main section header to get them in the order you want. (If you drag it up one place it magically begomes a subsection )

Much simpler (and safer!) just to select the section you want moved then click on an `up` (or down) button.

If you hold down 'SHIFT' while you drag and drop, it does not become a sub-section. Good idea though also.

Darren why does "shift up" not qualify for a button tag but "shift down button" is designated as a button? That would really confuse users.

Good idea, something like the buttons in 'Settings | Locations' is what's needed I guess. I've passed it to development.

I usually end up creating a new section where I want it and cut/paste all the products from the old..
