No delete in Journal entries

It would be nice that once you enter something into the journal and press accept, that you cannot thereafter remove the entry. i.e. it's perminant

Not a feature we use, but if it was to be added it would be best if it could be turned on or off at administrator level I think.

actually what would be smarter, would be a journal that is a table in a database, where each entry has a timestamp, priority and the users name. This would make deleting them trivial.

however, it would be silly of me to suggest this feature when i have a plugin bundled with Actinet, that does it so well.
