Promote/Demote in Section Order

Hi

I'd like a facility to Promote or Demote a Section a list, similar to what you can do in locations.

Either TOP | BOTTOM | UP ONE | DOWN ONE

The only way at the moment is to hold the mouse down and then section by section, drag it to the top of the list until I have the desired order, if I drag and drop one item up, it drops it as a sub section, this is a real pain.

Drag and dropping sections is a huge risk I find.


Something that needs to be 100% stable rather than many other so called `essential` additions.


If you've ever lost a large section, with products, and their stock levels, history, you'd know. I HATE Actinic when this happens. (did I read somewhere its supposed to be `fixed` now?)
