Multisite to let you open more than one copy of Actinic

I'd like to be able to open more than one copy of actinic.. this would be particularly for me to compare code.

For example, on my new site the Ecommerce Analytics wasnt working, when it was on the old one.. I had to go in the old one, write down all the sub sections where the code was on each page it was on, then go out of the old site and then go to the new site and double check them.

The error was down to me changing the site settings so the receipt page was my own designed page, but still it would probably have taken me a lot less time to find it if I could have compared sites.

Install Microsoft Virtual PC (or any 'Virtual PC' will do) - install Actinic on that and you can run Actinic in both as well as share the same Clipboard (ie. you can right click, copy, and paste inside the Virtual PC).

Do you need a new operating system licence or can you use the same as you got on the pc already

When I did the MCP examinations, we never used individual licenses - each machine was assigned a license which you could install on as many VM's as you like on that machine, though this may not be the same for regular personal/business use. You could ask Microsoft support about licensing - though you still get the '30 day trial' of Microsoft products before you require registration anyway - so if you can get your design work done inside 30 days you could try it out then uninstall at the end.

VM Ware is another alternative, 100% free too.
